The unique range of Cooperbolt emergency door bolts is available for both outward and inward opening doors, alarmed or non-alarmed.
This model is the standard alarmed Cooperbolt for inward opening doors (model 104). The horizontal bolt shoot secures the door whilst providing access in an emergency by pulling the handle. The integral battery powered alarm sounds as soon as the door is opened and is silenced when the bolt is re-locked by use of the key. CB104.
Other models for inward opening doors: non-alarmed pull bolt (102) and an alarmed pull bolt with a key operated on/off switch (104S).
Operation
Pulling the handle releases the bolt and opens the door.
— The key lock enables the door to be locked and the alarm turned off.
